The Seven Directives
FAMILIES: We are dedicated in building the family of the Pastor, minister and mssionary in our district. We feel that the family is priority in the Ministers life. We will be dedicated in building healthy and strong families in our district to build healthy and strong churches.
RELATIONSHIPS: Every minister needs someone to lean on and our desire is to help Ministers build relationships with other Ministers who will pray with and pray for each other.
MENTORING: is a challenge to develop a younger vibrant generation of Ministers with vision and passion for the work of ministry.
LEADERSHIP: We want to develop potential leaders within the West Texas and Plains District through training, education, and conferences to better their ministry.
REVITALIZATION: Our churches and Ministers need the opportunity to grow and develop in their skills so that they are able to become healthy. We are in the process to build healthy ministries.
CHURCH PLANTING: Our challenge and goals are to be able to plant healthy churches with visionary and passionate church planters in areas that do not have an Assembly of God Church.
MISSIONS: Jesus has given to all of us to evangelize the world domestic and foreign. Our firm dedication is to obey the commision through sponsoring of Missionaries, missions projects and developing missionaries from our district.
