Recurring Payments Available
For your convenience, the West Texas & Plains District is now able to accept recurring payments for ministerial dues, Funeral Fund participation, and other district obligations.
If you would like to establish recurring payments, please contact the District Office. A member of our staff will be happy to assist you in setting up a payment schedule that works best for you.
Ministers Dues
Every credentialed minister within the WTAP District should recognize their obligation to contribute their tithes or offerings. All are strongly encouraged to give above the suggested amount but are only required to submit the monthly amount indicated below.
The contribution scale is based on the minister's total income from all sources, not just income received from a local church.
Gross Income | Monthly Contribution
$1500 - $2000 = $200.00 per month
$ 1000 - $1499 = $150.00 per month
$ 500 - $ 999 = $100.00 per month
$ 200 - $ 499 = $50.00 per month
$ 0 - $ 199 = $25.00 per month
Church Contributions
The West Texas & Plains District asks each affiliated church to contribute annually according to its membership. These contributions support district ministries, leadership development, church-planting efforts, and ministry resources that serve our churches throughout the district.
Monthly Church Contribution Schedule:
1–25 Members = $25
26–50 Members = $50
51–100 Members = $75
101–150 Members = $100
151+ Members = $150
Offering
Thank you for partnering with the West Texas & Plains District through your generous giving.
District offerings help support the ongoing work of the District as we serve ministers, churches, and ministries throughout West Texas and the Plains. Your gift enables us to strengthen local churches, equip leaders, assist with church planting and revitalization efforts, provide ministry training, and respond to opportunities and needs across our fellowship.
Every gift, regardless of size, helps us fulfill our mission of supporting churches, developing leaders, and advancing the Kingdom of God throughout our district.
Funeral Fund
The West Texas & Plains District has established the Ministerial Funeral Fund to help provide financial assistance with funeral expenses for ministers and their families.
Annual Participation Fees

Credentialed Ministers: $300 per year

Non-Credentialed Spouse: $260 per year
Participation fees are due annually between June 1 and June 31.
Participation in the Funeral Fund is required for all credentialed ministers of the West Texas & Plains District. Non-credentialed spouses may participate by paying the applicable annual fee.
Print Center
The West Texas & Plains District Print Center is available to assist our churches, ministries, and credentialed ministers with high-quality printing services at affordable rates.
Whether you need flyers, brochures, postcards, event materials, ministry resources, or other printed materials, our Print Center is here to help you communicate effectively and professionally.
To request printing services, submit your print order along with your files and project details. A member of our team will review your request and contact you with pricing, turnaround time, and any additional information needed.
Credential Fees
