All credential holders must renew their credentials annually.

Credential renewals are now completed entirely online. Paper renewal forms are no longer mailed. Please use the links provided on this page to complete your renewal within the designated renewal period each year.

Renewal notices are typically sent by the General Council (Springfield, Missouri) during November. If you have not received your renewal notice by December 1, please contact the District Office.

All renewals must be completed online by December 31. Ministers who fail to renew by that date will be considered delinquent and will be required to pay a $50 late fee, which is divided equally between the District and General Council offices.

Credential holders who do not complete their renewal by January 15 will be recorded as lapsed effective December 31 of the previous year. Reinstatement will be required along with a $100 reinstatement fee, which is divided equally between the District and General Council offices.
